These general terms & conditions apply to all purchases through www.snekkerbuks.com and all its subdomaines, and to all sales agreements between Snekkerbuks and its customers. No agreement between Snekkerbuks and its customer can be created without the customer's agreement of these terms and conditions. The placing of an order at the Snekkerbuks webstore implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Snekkerbuks can't warrant that the content of its site is at all time free of spelling errors or other inaccuracies, nor can we guarantee that all information given is updated at all times. Snekkerbuks may at any time change the content of its website and webstore. Although we have tried to project the colours of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on our website are an exact representation of the colours of our actual products. Your computer settings determine how the colour is displayed. Our products are handmade from pure natural materials with inherent natural irregularities. The products are unique in colour and structure and may vary slightly from the pictures on the webstore.



Prices are in EURO and include 21% Dutch VAT, shipping costs are excluded. Snekkerbuks accepts payment through PayPal and bank transfer. Shipping costs will be added to your order. After Snekkerbuks receives your order, you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. Our bank details for (inter)national payments:

Your invoice also serves as return voucher. Upon returning a used Snekkerbuks article, please include a copy of the invoice and you will receive a store credit worth 50% of the purchase price.

Shipping costs on returned used articles are at the customer's expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.

Used leather sandals are excluded from returning. 


Shipping costs for the Netherlands: €  5,75

Shipping costs for West-European countries*: € 5,95  (* Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden) 

Shipping costs for other European countries: € 16,00

Shipping costs for the rest of the world: € 24,00

Shipping costs will be added to your order. 


After Snekkerbuks receives your order, you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. Items that are in stock are shipped within 3 working days after receiving your payment. If an article is not in stock, it takes between 5 and 8 working days to make it in our workshop. We will inform you per email about the exact shipping time. We handle orders from Monday to Friday, not on Dutch national holidays.



If an article does not meet your expectations you can return it (right of withdrawal). We will give a full refund, shipping costs excluded. A return notification should be made within 14 days after you've received the article to:snekkerbuks@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items you'd like to return. Your return shipment should be shipped to our return address no later than 7 days within your e-mail return notification.

Please return the article, undamaged and not worn or washed, with all original labels attached and in its original package. In your return package, include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and clearly state your bank account number (IBAN). From customers outside The Netherlands we need the IBAN number, BIC/SWIFT code and the name, postal code and city of your bank. Please state the same bank account number through which your original payment was made. Shipping costs on returned articles are at the customer's expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. Snekkerbuks can't be held responsible for returned articles lost or damaged during transport. When we've received and checked the returned articles you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a notice that we have refunded the money. We will refund as soon as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum of 14 days.



If you need to make a claim regarding your product due to a flaw in its quality, please contact us at info@snekkerbuks.com. We will evaluate the defect and try to help you. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. We follow Dutch laws in case of returns and disputes.



Any and all information or material to be found on the pages of www.Snekkerbuks.com and its subdomaines is protected by copyright laws, and belongs to the intellectual property of Snekkerbuks. It may not be copied or used for any purpose whatsoever without obtaining explicit written permission of Snekkerbuks.



Snekkerbuks respects your privacy and protects the personal information you share with us. When you order from us, we require your name, email address and credit/debit card details, including a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem or a query with your order. All personal information will be saved and handled with care, will never be disclosed to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order. The Snekkerbuks webstore uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to protect your information.
